This ‘earth element’ moon supports us to love ourselves and nourish ourselves as we remember that we are precious children of the Earth, and good enough to be here to thrive and remember that we are all Related! Capricorn energy helps us to feel safe and grounded with strong foundations; and when we take care of ourselves in this way we automatically take care of the Earth. Join us as we pray together with gratitude and love.

The Sweatlodge is an opportunity to participate and pray in the traditional way of the Lakota people.

With respect we enter her body... a time to purify, release and cleanse. We open to receive…love and nurturing, surrendering to embrace of our Mother.

We seek guidance through sweating, prayer, chants and songs.

Aligning and evolving from the tradition that the lodge is the womb of mother, this lodge is interwoven from the mysteries. Connecting to spirit we sit and listen, connecting to Earth we receive guidance and wisdom of the ancient ones.

We emerge rebirthed - walking our dreams and prayers into our lives; and complete the ceremony with a nourishing feast, we fully cater, you don’t need to bring anything.
