Laurel and Andy’s
MEDICINE OF BREATH CEREMONIES
Live music from Andy Copeman’s Medicine Man Music provides a supportive and grounding soundscape, while Laurel Bay Tree offers steady, attuned guidance throughout.
This work is informed by a rebirthing breathwork lineage connected to early pioneers Sondra Ray and Leonard Orr, integrated with Laurel’s Level 5 Clarity Breathwork Facilitator training. Laurel and Andy each have over two decades’ experience guiding individuals and groups through deep processes of healing and transformation.
Medicine of Breath group sessions offer a gentle yet deep introduction to conscious, connected circular breathwork within a sacred and carefully held space.
You’ll be guided to explore your breath as a pathway into the body, at your own pace and with full permission to pause, rest, or adjust at any time. The focus is on building a sense of safety, resourcing, and choice—supporting you to stay connected to yourself throughout the experience.
Rather than pushing for intense catharsis, this practice invites a gradual process of noticing, softening, and reconnecting. You may begin to sense what feels supportive, what feels like “too much,” and how to return to steadiness.
No prior experience is needed. You are welcome exactly as you are.
