This programme commences as the current one ends, so begins on the night of the first full moon is a closed group that offers a very personal journey of self-discovery and transformational breath practice which gathers online under the power and illumination of the Full Moon each month. Full confidentiality and sacred held space for the entire 12 months duration. There are no expectations to share within the group, and no additional forums to join.
And, to assist you to each month you’ll be sent a summary of the current full moon and it’s astrological theme. It brings these astrological teachings to a much deeper level if you wish. Or just bring everything that is alive and rising within to the 60-minutes of transformational breathwork ceremony each month guided by Laurel Hefferon, an advanced Clarity Breathwork Level 5 Practitioner (400+hrs) and Accredited Member of Global Breathwork Practitioners Alliance
