Fresh from Woodford Folk Festival and three transformational breathwork ceremonies, Laurel and Andy offer this beautiful session online in gratitude for all the good work being done in this time of SHEDDING with the Year of the Snake during 2025, its been huge!

On the first new moon of 2026, and a month before the Fire Horse comes in for 2026 we get to finally shed all that does not serve to create space for the new and emerging (and miraculous!) to take root.
